Subdivisions
Phase 1, STAGE 1 was the initial subdivision completed in 1986 with 40 properties or lots in two Bays, Gottsileg and Wagner and on Westview Drive.
The second subdivision, STAGE 2 with 16 lots, was built on Greenall Street in 2000.
STAGE 3 was completed in 2003 with 13 properties on Leibel Bay and Leibel Street.
In 2004, STAGE 4 was initiated with 10 properties on Westview Drive.
Then in 2007, 41 properties were constructed in STAGES 5 & 6 with 10 walkout lots along Herauf Street. Leibel Street was extended to the West and Wagmann Bay was created.
At present, all these properties are sold and built on.
Future property development in 2012 will contain 46 properties in STAGE 7 located to the North of the existing subdivisions (across from the Balgonie Multiplex). This subdivision will contain two Bays and two streets with a varity of lots sizes. Please refer to the Siteplan. Learn more
